The Business Flow Mastermind is a six-month group program for established female founders who are ready to work through the structural and leadership changes that allow their business to operate at a genuinely higher level. It is not a course, a membership, or a networking group. It is a working program - with real strategic depth and a level of accountability that produces real outcomes.
The particular value of the group format is the quality of the cohort. Each member is an established founder at a similar stage, carrying a similar weight. The clarity that comes from working alongside people who recognise your experience - not just from the outside, but in the specifics - is something that individual work alone cannot replicate.
The Mastermind runs on the Business Flow Framework, working through leadership, foundations, and flow across the six months.
Each founder leaves with a bespoke strategy plan, a clear understanding of her specific structural gaps, and the practical changes needed to address them.

High Touch Mentoring is the most direct and intensive way to work with Sarah. Over 90 days, the two of you work through the specific structural and leadership questions most relevant to your business - with the depth, rigour, and continuity that comes from a dedicated container rather than individual sessions.
The 90-day timeframe is deliberate. It is long enough to move through real diagnostic work and begin implementing structural changes. It is short enough to stay focused, maintain momentum, and produce outcomes that are visible by the end of the container - not promised for some point in the future.
This offering is available to a small number of founders at any given time. It is not a standard coaching programme applied uniformly - it is built entirely around your business, your specific gaps, and what your situation actually requires. Applications are reviewed individually. If there isn't a strong fit, Sarah will say so directly.

The Strategy Intensive is a three-hour working session focused on a single strategic area of your business. It might be your pricing and offer structure, your team and accountability architecture, your marketing and revenue pipeline, your leadership approach, or any other area where you need focused, experienced thinking rather than time to keep circling the same problem alone.
The session is structured. Before you arrive, you'll identify the specific question or area you want to work through. The three hours are then used to examine the current situation honestly, identify what's driving the pattern, and build a clear, practical path forward - with specific actions you can take the following week, not a list of things to "consider."
This is the entry point for founders who want to experience how Sarah works before committing to a longer engagement - and for founders who have a specific, bounded problem that needs serious attention rather than an ongoing container.
WHAT THE THREE HOURS PRODUCE:
Honest diagnostic: a clear picture of the current state of the specific area, including what's actually driving the problem
Strategic clarity: a grounded understanding of what the path forward looks like and what it would take to get there
Specific action plan: three to five concrete next actions with enough context to implement without further support
Written session summary: a record of the key decisions, insights, and actions from the session, sent within 48 hours
Most founders have a good sense of what's not working. What they don't have is a structured space to think about it clearly, with someone who has seen the same pattern before and knows what the next steps should look like.

Sarah takes on a small number of strategic consulting engagements each year, working with organisations and leadership teams on specific strategic projects. This might be business direction and market positioning, organisational structure and capability, messaging and stakeholder communication, or growth planning — the scope depends entirely on what the organisation actually needs.
Engagements are not standardised. Each one begins with a direct conversation about the situation, the specific question at hand, and whether Sarah's experience and approach are the right fit. If they are, an engagement is scoped and priced to the work. If they aren't, Sarah will say so — and suggest what might serve the organisation better.
The same rigour and standard of thinking applied to founder-facing work applies here. Enquiries are welcome from businesses of any size and structure, including not-for-profits.
